Refunds and Returns
Binary Music will provide a refund or exchange on products where required by law. Change of mind returns are not available.
Consumer Guarantees
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law. For major failures, you are entitled to choose a refund or replacement for major failures with goods.This is when the item:
- has a problem that would have stopped someone from buying the item if they had known about it
- is unsafe
- is significantly different from the sample or description
- doesn’t do what we said it would, or what you asked for and can’t be easily fixed.
Alternatively, you can choose to keep the item and we will compensate you for any drop in value.
If a failure with the goods does not amount to a major failure, you are entitled to have the failure rectified in a reasonable time. If this is not done, you are entitled to a refund for the goods . You are also entitled to be compensated for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage from a failure in the goods or service.
Binary Music reserves the right to decline an exchange, refund or repair where any product fault is caused by misuse or neglect.
