Domestic Shipping Policy
Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If items ordered are not in stock or if there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or phone.
Shipping rates & delivery estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. During checkout you can choose which delivery method you prefer, and charges will be updated accordingly.
We offer Australia Post shipping for most parcels, and a range of courier companies where the size or weight exceeds Australia Post limits. Delivery times will vary widely depending on the shipping method chosen and your location.
Please note that delivery delays can occur in this post-Covid climate. Once an item has been shipped from our store the time to delivery is the responsibility of the shipping company.
Shipment to P.O. boxes
Binary Music ships to addresses within Australia, and can ship to Post Office Boxes when you choose Australia Post as your shipping method.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Binary Music is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
International Shipping Policy
We currently ship to Australia, New Zealand, and the UK.
Binary Music is not responsible for any customs duty and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). Parcels shipped internationally will be accompanied by an Australian Customs Declaration form.
Please contact us directly for a shipping estimate if your shipping address is outside Australia.
