I have Sibelius version 7. I had an Education Qld laptop that I had to give back when I moved schools and now that I have a new laptop from my new base school, Sibelius will not load. I have the CD’s but keep getting error messages when trying to upload them, then I tried to download the online version and get a message that reads ” There was an unspecified error (5) initialising the licencing engine” I have used up the trial period and I have tried to contact Avid without success.
