Tanglewood Java Bass – TWJAB
Inspired by Italian marquetry techniques, Tanglewood Java Bass guitars have an Amara Ebony back and sides with a contrasting strip of Spalted Mango timber defining the back of the instrument and making the Java series really stand out from the crowd.
The Tanglewood Java Bass TWJAB features a solid cedar top, Amara Sides and Amara Back with Spalted Mango stripe. Amara Ebony is a highly figured wood species that produces a rich, bright tone and when coupled with Cedar is a twist on a classic combination. Unplugged this Tanglewood Java Bass is rich and full tonally with beautiful wood combinations it’s just as easy on the eye.
The included Fishman Presys+ Preamp system utilises a dual band EQ, phase control, master volume and a built in digital tuner. All these are to tame the tone of the included Fishman Sonicore piezo pickup.
